Methods of Return and Exchange
1. Exchange Requirements
- Condition of Goods: The item for exchange must be unused and free from damage or defects not caused by the customer.
- Packaging Requirements: Please retain the complete original packaging of the product, including the external box. Exchanges will not be accepted without the original packaging.
2. Exchange Process

- Required Information: Provide your name, order number, contact phone number, name of the product being returned, and the reason for return along with photos of the product.
